Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the SECURASleep website, submit the contact form or continue a conversation with us.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through the website is the entity operating the SECURASleep website and distribution in Poland under the designation SECURASleep Poland. For privacy-related matters, contact kontakt@securasleep.com.
The website is used to present the product, handle enquiries, arrange consultations and support cooperation with facilities. It does not currently provide online sales or online payments.
2. Data we process
The scope of data depends on how you use the website. It may include:
- your e-mail address, telephone number, name and any other details you provide in the contact form
- the content of messages and information provided in further correspondence
- information required to arrange a consultation, presentation or cooperation
- technical data associated with use of the website, including IP address, browser and device information and basic server logs where these are recorded by the hosting provider or form provider
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- responding to an enquiry and managing correspondence, based on the controller's legitimate interest in handling communications or, where the enquiry concerns a potential contract, taking steps at the request of the person before entering into a contract
- arranging a consultation, product presentation or cooperation where processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract
- meeting legal obligations where such obligations apply
- establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims, based on the controller's legitimate interest
- carrying out a purpose described when consent is requested, where consent is the applicable legal basis; consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
4. Health information
The general contact form is not intended for medical records or detailed information about a child's health. Please do not include such information unless it is expressly requested. If health-related information is needed for a consultation, an appropriate method of providing it will be agreed directly.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be made available to service providers only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services, including hosting, e-mail, IT support and contact-form providers.
The contact form is embedded from the zarazwsieci.pl system. The website also uses Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical connection data when their infrastructure is used.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
If a technology provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer should use safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where applicable.
7. Retention
Data connected with an enquiry is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and continue communication. If the conversation leads to cooperation, data may be retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the period required by law or necessary to protect against potential claims.
Where consent is the legal basis, data is processed until consent is withdrawn unless another legal basis permits or requires further retention.
8. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and scope of processing, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy
- correct inaccurate or outdated data
- request erasure where the legal conditions are met
- request restriction of processing
- data portability where applicable
- object to processing based on legitimate interests
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
Privacy requests can be sent to kontakt@securasleep.com.
9. Cookies and local browser data
Information about cookies and data stored locally in the browser is available in the Cookie Policy. The current version of the website does not use its own advertising tools or user profiling.
10. Data security
Providing data through the contact form is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond. Access to personal data should be limited to people and service providers who need it to handle enquiries, cooperation or website maintenance.
